IRA G $500 SONG CHALLENGE

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

1. Contest Period

The IRA G $500 Song Challenge begins September 25, 2026 and ends December 25, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time.

Entries received after the deadline will not be considered.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. How to Enter

To enter:

1. Download the designated $500 Song Challenge beat from Track-o-Holiks’ BeatStars page at no cost.

2. Create an original song using the designated beat.

3. Submit an accessible listening link through the official IRA G $500 Song Challenge submission form before the deadline.

4. Agree to these Official Rules.

Downloading the beat by itself does not constitute an entry.

Limit one entry per artist.

4. Submission Requirements

The entrant must own or have the necessary rights and permissions for all original lyrics, vocals, samples, recordings, performances, and other material added to the provided beat.

Submissions containing unauthorized copyrighted material may be disqualified.

The contest beat may be used for purposes of participating in and promoting the entrant's participation in this contest, subject to the applicable BeatStars license. Participation in this contest does not itself grant additional commercial release or distribution rights beyond those provided by that license.

5. Judging

Eligible submissions will be judged based on:

• Creativity & Originality — 30%

• Songwriting / Overall Song Concept — 30%

• Performance — 20%

• Use and Interpretation of the Production — 20%

Follower count, likes, views, streams, and other popularity metrics are not judging criteria.

IRA G will select the winning submission based on these criteria. Decisions regarding eligibility and judging are final.

6. Prize

One winner will receive $500 USD.

The winner will be contacted using the email address provided with the submission and may be required to verify eligibility before receiving the prize.

The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes or other obligations associated with accepting the prize.

If the selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the time specified in the winner notification, or is determined to be ineligible, another eligible submission may be selected.

7. Ownership & Permission

Entrants retain ownership of the original material they contribute to their submission.

Entering the contest does not transfer ownership of an entrant's lyrics, vocals, performances, or other original contributions to IRA G or Track-O-Holics Production LLC.

Any permission to feature or repost portions of a submission for contest-related promotional content will be handled through the submission form.

8. General Conditions

IRA G / Track-o-Holiks Production LLC reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate these rules, contain unauthorized material, provide false eligibility information, or interfere with the fair operation of the contest.

The contest may be modified, suspended, or canceled if circumstances outside the organizer's reasonable control make fair administration of the contest impracticable, subject to applicable law.

9. Social Media Disclaimer

This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, BeatStars, TikTok, YouTube, or any other social media or music platform used to promote or facilitate the contest.

10. Sponsor

The IRA G $500 Song Challenge is sponsored and administered by Track-o-Holiks Production LLC / IRA G.

By submitting an entry, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Official Rules.
